Catherine Kessedjian
As a specialist in dispute resolution at national, European and international levels, Catherine has built up a practice in mediation and collaborative law in both French and English, drawing on her training in France (IEAM), the United Kingdom (CEDR accredited) and the United States (Conflict for Understanding). She is a member of a peer review group. She also has a mentor.
Catherine is a mediator accredited by the Court of Appeal of Paris.
She brings to her mediation practice 35 years of diverse intercultural experience with companies and public entities as counsel, expert and arbitrator, as well as having held office in many bodies devoted to the development of international relations.
More recently, she has acquired expertise in the fields of corporate social responsibility and decent and responsible development.
Lastly, she works with senior management of companies involved in complex disputes, helping them to manage the litigation process and make the best strategic choices (conflict coaching).
A member of the Paris Bar for 20 years, she was also a tenured University Professor until November 2016.
She is insured through the French National Association of Mediators (ANM), one of the bodies of which she is a member.
